Malacca 2005 10-11 Sept - Part 2

After a month's procrastination, finally the pics of Jonker Street are up!

We were there early in the morning when some of the shops are still closed. Nonetheless the walk through Jonker feels simply nostalgic, with its unique mix of oldern day dutch, peranakan and chinese influences like something out from the history texts. It represented almost all elements of charm one could find in this little state of Malaysia. I was pretty impressed, how about you?
